Serenity Now, Insanity Later.

We are big Seinfeld fans in this house, and Frank Costanza is one of my favorite characters. There was an episode where he was taught the mantra of "Serenity now", and what was so funny is that rather than calmly say it, he would shout it at the top of his lungs in times of stress.
