Finally, I did something!

 I finally did something!  I mean... I have been cross stitching here and there and I am working on a massive diamond painting, but the cross stitching has been going slow (FUCK black aida) and I'm not really enjoying the pattern, although it's cute... it's just that I think I may be done with trying to use black aida.  My stitches never look that great and it's hard.  I somehow messed the pattern up somewhere and I can't find it at all and now the border is gonna be fucked so I just decided not to do the border.  I'll probably post it tomorrow because I'll finish it during lunch.  

Anyway, I did this cute little greedy cat perler bead piece a few days ago.  I'm working on another and then I have some in queue but lately, I've just not been feeling super crafty.  I guess my attention is pulled in other directions.  This guy is so cute, though!  I think he needs a magnet and will go on the fridge. 

Flashback!

 I have no finishes at the moment to show, so in the spirit of trying to keep up my blog, I am posting this that I finished a year ago today.  The pattern is by CryBabyCrossStitch.  I got this aida at Needlewerkes in Copperas Cove, Texas, probably in 2018 or 2019.  I am really proud of this one.  I think the colors are great together!

Maybe I can manage to do some perler beads or something tonight.  I've just been so busy with other things that crafting has taken a back seat for now... 

Pentagram finish

It's been a while since I've posted.  I've been busy with other things, so I've not had a lot of crafting time.  

What have I been so busy with?  We have been working on the garden and just basically getting ready for spring in the front and back yards.  I have been going through boxes in the basement slowly but surely and pulling out my witchy/Pagan decor and finding places for it.  We have been going on evening walks and spending some evenings on our porch with some drinks.  We've also been going out every Thursday for music bingo.  So, I've not done a ton of crafting. I still have a cross stitch I've done about 60% of that I will be finishing.... at some point!  And I am currently working on the HUGE diamond painting Allen got me for Valentine's Day.  I've only managed a small corner, but again, we have been busy.

Here is the diamond painting I most recently completed.  I got it from Amazon. It came out really well.  I can't wait to hang it but I'm really kind of financially tight since I have a BS doctor's bill I'm paying on monthly so I'll have to wait until I'm caught up to get the hanger for it.
